Hello and welcome!

Thank you for your interest in the Texas Tech Interfraternity Council (IFC) Formal Recruitment process. We are excited that you are considering joining the fraternity and sorority community at Texas Tech and cannot wait to help you begin this experience. Formal Recruitment is designed to give you the opportunity to meet all IFC fraternities, build connections with other students, and explore where you feel most at home. Whether you already know members in the community or are coming into the process knowing no one at all, we are excited to support you throughout your recruitment journey.

Please note that registration is not considered complete until all registration steps, including payment, have been submitted.

Important Information

• IFC Formal Recruitment will take place August 15th–23rd, 2026
• The cost to participate in Formal Recruitment is $100
• Potential New Members (PNMs) participating in Formal Recruitment will be eligible for early move-in on August 14th
• Structured recruitment activities will take place daily leading up to Bid Day on August 23rd

Throughout the summer, you will receive additional communication regarding recruitment schedules, important dates, expectations, and helpful information to prepare you for recruitment week.
